Since the temps dropped in my part of the world my face feels like it’s on fire. I was only out in the garage when the pain started. Apparently the cold is a trigger for me. My husband told me that my face was a little swollen as well. Is it the cold or the change in barometric pressure that is causing the flareup? The human body is a really dumbass design if you ask me. It would never pass through quality assurance - that I’m sure of.
Ugh cold cruddy weather:( changes in weather and the cold are not kind to me as well. It would perfectly fine if I could live as a hermit and never come out of my house again. Till I am able to live as a hermit I have my scarf wrapped around my face. You should see some of the looks I get, and then the dang questions. To bad we can’t get a replacement body for having some little quality control reject issues, I sure would like my money back at the very lease.
Cold is terrible. Sometimes when I'm in the frozen food aisle in the grocery store I feel like someone is pushing a hot poker into my face.
I'm also finding that even the smallest amount of time out in the cold and I have problems all day.
I haven't had trouble in the frozen section at the supermarket but then I haven't been out much.
I am also learning the wonder of the scarf. I feel like I should be a super hero or ready to rob a liquor store with just my eyes showing.
Yep..cold weather (as well as the change of weather) is a trigger for me too. I have a scarf on any time it's even "chilly". I just need the barrier between my face and the air.
I work in a professional kitchen...so even going into the walk-in refridgerator and/or freezer is a problem.
Cold sucks!

Don’t you love some of the looks and comments people make when wearing your scarf over over face with just your eyes peeping out? Total sarcasm there. I’ve been asked if I’m Muslim and all the way told I’m just wearing my scarf like that just to get attention (rrrrrr:-|).
The cold was a huge trigger for me. Sometimes the pain would stop me dead in my tracks.
LOL...yep, i get odd looks and comments at work, but i've had to do it for so long that they now just say "ah that's Mistee, she's cold all the time." Thankfully, most of the people i interact with daily, know that the cold pains me ...they don't necessarily know why or even what TN is..but they know there's a reason. As for the public,...*rolls eyes* ..i don't care what they think.

I feel the same way, during the summer months, I had no pain. Once the cold climate started, OMG the pain slowly started, now as time passes it gets worse and worse. It's sore to touch, I can't put a scarf on my face. nful. At first it was little small shocks, now it's just constant pain mostly when I touch my eye and lips. I trying my best to remain up beat. but it's hard.
