Pain in tongue?

Hello,

For the past 8 months or so I have had the sharp burning TN stabs in my tongue. They are just as bad or worse than the stabs in my cheek. Does anyone else experience this? The literature on the subject doesn't talk about people experiencing stabs in their tongue.

I get stabs on my upper lip just under my nose on the right side. I also get them on my right side of my face.

i have it to which is glosso.

i do also experienced this stabbing, burning sensation at the back of my tongue which last for about a minute. its excruciating.i can say that it is worst than the pain in my left cheek

i think its the linguil nerve. my tongue becomes numb.

Thanks for the info. I am going to research this nerve. I will let everyone know if I find something interesting.

my tongue becomes numb on the right side and i was told its the linguil nerve. I was wondering if the glosso-paryngeal could cause this. All of my problems are worse on the right side. im trying to schedule diagnostic face blocks and I dont see why steph cant do the same.
