Cold cold day

After having my TN control very well for about 6 months, I’ve been having some pretty severe attack for about the last 2 months. After just coming out of 1 within the last 24 hours, I just wanted to take my daughter to church today. Here it is currently 7 degrees not much wind, but when I go outside, I immediately really start to hurt. You know feeling like I’m on fire on my cheek, down my neck and in my ear.
Grrr! I am just about on the max dose of Tegretol, neurontin, baclofen, busiprone, savella, percocet, and vicoden.
Just barely holding on for my first visit with a neurologist on April fourth.
Friends, I just needed to vent. I am so grateful for all of you that are here and really truly understand my pain.
Looks like I’m going to be having a day at home inside where it’s nice and safe and pain free.

Hi Blueeyedgirl, I hear you:(
Hope you find some relief soon:)
Bella

I can relate! I live near Houston, TX so I always just assume the weather is warm and muggy. I walked outside to take the dogs out this morning and was hit with a huge gust of cold wind! The pain! I had to run back in and get a hoody that would shield my face from the wind. The dogs and I have spent the entire day in bed watching crime dramas on TV. I’m avoiding going outside at all costs!
I hope the rest of your day was pain free!

*hugs*

Wishing you peace and some relief
