Has anyone experienced the TN pain more in the evening. Lately, I start getting attacks at night when I start to relax and read. Was wondering if it has to do with having my head relaxed downward while reading. Sounds weird....but I just can't figure why else it would be so bad at night. I take the regular meds: tegretol and Keppra

Have your PCP call it in for you!
fatguie is a major trigger for me.
Mine is worse in the evening. This might sound crazy but days I'm super busy, I can push past the pain and do what I have to. Then has I start to relax, its on. I'm not saying that I don't feel it during the day because I do. I even have to stop sometimes. Then there are days when I cant do anything. But having triplets, I don't get a lot of down time until the evenings. Just a thought.
In five years I have only had attacks three times during the day. Mine are almost all at night. Sometimes they can carry on into the day. Mine always wake me in the wee hours.
My first family doc diagnosed me by saying that you only have pain at night, it sounds like TN.
