Recommended Reading - How to Be Sick: A Buddhist-Inspired Guide for the chronically ill and their Caregivers

I would recommend this book to anyone having to deal with TN. Toni Bernard is the author. There are some fuzzy wuzzy moments in the book, but she also shares some great insight in how to handle your situation.

The reviews look good on amazon --- I bookmarked it - thanks!

Tara - thanks for this recommendation. I downloaded the book the other day and am part way through already. There are some good lessons to take away from this - just learning to be calm and finding some ways of dealing with life and pain and chronic suffering. I have been trying just to tkae some time for me, walks, half hour alone here or there doesn't take away the pain but seems to calm my mind.

I am glad to hear that! I just read a little bit of at a time and try to really think of any applicable areas in my life. I wish you the best!
