Has anyone went back after MVD and the Dr. not be able to replace the padding as it had grown to the nerve?
If so does your Dr. think it maybe causing some of your facial pain?
Thanks

I can't recall a case where Teflon padding actually attached to the surface of a nerve. I have talked with a few people who needed a re-operation when Teflon slipped from its proper position for whatever reason and allowed a re-compression.
Hey Red,
Yes, my Dr. said he wished he had been able to film it has it was done at UAB in Alabama a teaching hospital and he has only seen it a few time. He said he was afraid to do more damage to the nerve by trying to remove them.
