I just had a quick question. I see many people saying they use lidocaine cream. Is this by perscription or where can you buy it?
Lidocaine cream is a prescription. I use the lidocaine patches which is also a prescription. I cut them into small rectangular pieces and use them mostly at night. They are a godsend.
In Canada you can get a lidocaine mixed cream called Emla over the counter at Shoppers Drug Mart.
It really helps to take the edge off!
