I think that I have found that laughing jar is a trigger for me. I was at my parents last night with some of my sisters and we got to laughing, and then I started having pains in my left eye and jaw. I took one of my chewables and it helped. I am still having dull stabs that come and go this morning. It’s almost like when I have an attack, that side of my head feels heavy. Is this a trigger for anyone else and do you experience the heaviness?
I don't know that laughing is a trigger for me, however, I can remember one episode leading to pain. But I was also eating foods I should not have at the time as well, so I have later put it down to chewing.
At times I have had 'twinges' when I laugh or smile too much also. Certainly does take the fun out of the moment, doesn't it!
Any movement, however slight will set mine off, so yes it is a trigger for me.
Yes I will say totally for sure as sad as this is!! Infact the other summer we went to Hershey Park amusmnt park and was laughing so hard. Another couple went along with there son and myself and my husband and our 2 kids. Well the guys wore their swimming trunks since they have a nice water park. As we walked out of the park I laughed so hard and maybe have not ever in my life laughed that hard. U see ladies...u know how our men get well STUBBORN? ofcourse u do, men admit it..u know it's true..god luv ya :) Think I should say that I recommended the changing of pants after the water park...nahhhh I'm ok...Really? lol. My friend Anthony was walking in front of me on the way out of the park and was walking as wide as possible..some may call it a duck waddle? He was walking as wide as possible and me and his wife and even my husband were histerical....serious chaffing so I'm told from the liner of the swimming trunks..ok so men u can feel better cause on the ride home I was in pain and def. know is was from all that laughing..btw u woulda laughed too ...
Nick, sounds like you had a great day out with your friends, i can picture your mate waddling out of the pool! Even though the day ended with pain.
