I flew frequently through the worst of my TN without any issues.

I dread flying, but everybody’s experiences are different. For me,it depends on how long I plan to be where I am flying. It takes me a bit of time to feel okay after flying.

I usually enjoy flying, but a little apprehensive at the moment, will see how I go along during the next few weeks & make a decision ... ( they think I have shingles now ) .. have a lovely day

Hi Teri. I fly half a dozen times a year with no extra side effects, although we all experience TN in our own unique way. I had a 9.5 hr flight to Canada, felt awful, but only because the TN was in full swing, it did not make it worse. i think a quick trip down to Spain should be OK.
