Any significant changes

Is there anything that you have done that significantly reduced or had a marked reducation in pain ??? Outside of perscribed medications and surgery . Such as maybe dietry , supplements , exercise or not traditional treatments. What were they and what was the time laspe of the marked change and the change ?

Great question!

I’ve just started massage therapy, and I’m very encouraged by the marked reduction in pain already…BUT it’s still early days, I’ll let you know if it’s consistent…

Put in the search box above,

Reiki ( Had 3 incredible sessions, not a cure, but like a massage that gives your body a break from pain)

and

Lidocaine (I've typed this word in here for people, hundreds of times since 2011!)

Read/ask/repeat! Have you read "Striking Back" by Dr. Ken Casey...... Its the encyclopedia of TN !

There is unfortunately not a formula for your search,

but lots of people finding different things that work for them.

Reiki- I got relief on occasion of 3 times, from hours to weeks. Some get none.

Lidocaine - I got 12 hours of NO TN. BUT some get no help from it at all, but many get some relief from it!
