What dosage was it & how long was it before you started noticing Trilepal starting to work? I understand these types of meds can a while in order to see if it's going to work or not, but it seems to me that Tegratol users get their relief a lot sooner.
Medication has different effects on different people. When trileptal was effective for me, it was not until I had gone up to 1200 mg a day. And then my pain went away. Tegretol did not help the pain for me but instead made me behave like the walking dead.... literally.
Hi Lisa, I heard that Zombie effect quite often. How long did it take for you to get up to 1200mg? Or did you bounce to the Trilipal from a certain Tegretol dosage. Thank you. This gives me some hope.

My doctor tritated me very quickly. I made the change every three days. I tritated down from tegretol a little slower. I believe I went down 300 mg every week.
