Was curious if anyone else has both? I’ve had TN for 6 1/2 years of pure Hell only this week to be given a dx of Ménière’s Disease to go along with it. I can’t sleep bc the migraines radiate to my left ear, I’m jittery (steroids) sweating like heck, eye pain, face feels like its being twisted in a vice grip that’s at least 250 degrees, nausaus, roaring in my ear that keeps getting louder and louder which turns into a ringing… I’m sorry to whine but this is so hard!!! I just want to know that someone else knows how I feel
