The Patch

Hi,

I am new here but awed and relieved to have have found this fine site with such terrific,empathetic people. In a matter of weeks, I have learned so much and I have been scouring the Internet, talking to pros and patients for 17 years or so.

I have ATN since 1994 with a remission of a few years.

Severe pain as you guys know- relentless.

I am interested in first or second hand info, knowledge, experience of being on the patch and details such as how effective, how often. Any and all info will help me and I have an apt with my dr tomorrow.

Pain management is so difficult. I am weary. I just want to slap one on and forget about this horrific pain for a while.

Suggest you run a search on "patch" in our search window at top right. That will gain you access to several pages of past discussions -- probably mixing discussions of Lidocaine and other types of patch.
