does anybody know if working out make the pain worse? or maybe it helps the nerve getting blood in there...
i worked out 3 times a week for long time b4 i got worse but when the meds where working when i clinch my teeth i felt it sometimes
I had to stop going to the gym As it bought on an attack when I was exercising malus by the time I get home from work I just need to lay down and relax to stop the pain
I run a lot,and i meen alot! But i'm lucky to get long periods between attacks. My face hums away all the time and always getting odd pains here and there but REAL humdingers are rear.I run for hours some times. There are other runners on here.Everyone reacts differently.Couldn't cope without it! Everyone reacts differently I guess.
I have found that when I work out it does not get worse and sometime the pain will go away for a little while.
