Mimi, heating pad? When I was at my worst the hottest water in the shower worked best for me… I’m slowly inching back to that dreaded place I’m afraid. Spending hours in the shower is not practical… Heating pad may be my solution! Thanks!
Cveltri, I have one that is called the magic sac, it’s long and goes into the microwave ALL the time…it’s my saving grace! Hope it helps, most pharmacies and Walnarts sell them.
