Anyone take this drug to help with being sleepy all day long?
I was put on 200MG and it might help a tiny teensy bit. Not sure if its worth taking.
Started drinking coffee with LOTS of chocolate in it to get the caffeine. I normally don’t drink any caffeine. I am a water person. The coffee helps some days.
I need 10 hours of sleep to feel productive.
I have chronic fatigue and i was surprised this drug being mentioned in the TN forum. It is widely discussed in the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome forum however.
Also i live in Silicon Valley where it is a popular drug among programmers.
I have tried adafinil (sp? a variation, and not a big fan). But many programmers and many CFSers swear by this drug that it improves their productivity:

Of course, if you can get to the root cause of why you arnt getting enough sleep, that is better than this. If i could my doctor to give me some of this i would only use it sparingly where there is deadline at work.

I know why I’m tired. Tegretol. Makes me extremely tired and weak. I also had a sleep study and now use a cpap machine. Still tired. I wad just wondering if anyone else used this and if they had positive results. One of the interactions with taking tegretol with is that it weakens its effectiveness. Great, huh?
