Hello all. I’m just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on pillows that I might can try that will help alleviate my neck/face pain.

For face pain, i had dr, call me in some lidocaine patches for better sleep

Hello, I went to my local medical supply store and the had a pillow there that was a wedge. It kept my head up so that I could sleep better at night. I just used that instead of regular pillow. I just threw a sheet over it even thought it had a zippered cover over it. The only thing that I did not like about it was that it was kinda of hard but I did get used to that. I hope this helps you with suggestions.
