Pain movie-documentary

Thanks to Julie Koehler for finding this.

Pain Matters -The Movie. I hear it's very good- I haven't watched it all (as of when I posted this) but I will.

The documentary explores what chronic pain is, its individual and societal impact, and the future of pain management through the stories and struggles of six individuals living with chronic pain and their loved ones, as well as perspective from leading national experts in pain management.

Thanks for sharing! This was great!

Great video…great story…i would recommend …

Just know the stats are very wrong here

RED here says the stats of 50% kill themselves in the first 2 years is VERY false statement in this video.

Yes KC Dancer, that statistic is insane! Look at our site, more than 5500 members, many of us here for many y ears, half of us did not commit suicide! I have a bad short term memory. I don't remember that statement or I just forgot through the newest crisis in our house. I thought the movie talked about chronic pain in general. I guess I'll have to watch it again.

OK KC, I watched it again. There was not one person with TN in this movie and I didn't hear any reference to 50% of people with chronic pain committing suicide, so what are you referring to?

I think - verbally one person said it---I don't know if it was the lady with TN or not who said it

and another screen just showed these statistics in a quote
