Pain coming from the shoulder blade up till the neck

(sorry for all my questions in the last days )

i started Cymbalta... 30 mg..

i can feel the path of my pain :

it's coming like from the shoulder blade (hope i said the term correctly - up to the throat.. and under the chin.. and then presses the jaw and theeth.

is there any chance the pain comes from the "shoulder blade" area (onlt the left one) ?

i know my left hand woudl "fall asleep" from time to time..

and i feel a severe stinging in my shoulder blade... and in the jaw at the same time..

last night - i woke with pain in that area in the middle of the night.

is it the TN ?

maybe i should look in other direction.

god.

i knew only this week a neurosuergeon offered me the MVD.. but are they wrong ? maybe the source of the pain isn't facial but from the neck ?

Nir, your shoulder blade is in the upper back below the level of the shoulders. Collar bones are across your upper chest and the front of your shoulders at the base of the neck. If pain seems to come up your throat from about the level of your collar bones, then you might be dealing with glosso-pharyngeal neuralgia and trigeminal neuralgia both. If you're having pain that seems to radiate up from the shoulder blade and into your neck, then I don't know what sort of pain you're dealing with.

How say you?
Regards, Red

Could it be muscle pain?
