The US TN Association has had sessions in its national conferences on both conventional and NUCCA chiropractic. Both techniques seem to help a few people some of the time. But that few is definitely a minority, and the help they get may well be mostly from placebo effect. Adjustments to the neck might also stretch the brain stem to some degree, causing temporary anesthesia similar to that produced when the trigeminal nerve is manipulated during MVD operations.
