Nothing makes you happier than being able to eat a chesseburger and wash it down with an ice soda after monthes of nothing but room tempature drinks yogurt jello and soup. And not freaking about your morning shower or brushing your teeth.I don’t know how lon???g it will last but i will take it .

All of my trigger areas are INSIDE my mouth/cheek/teeth area so....
being able to smile..brings me joy.
being able to kiss my husband...brings me joy
being able to talk normally...brings me joy

After such a long time in pain, unable to function except for the most basic of tasks, having been isolated within my home for a year 1/2…
Moments of “normalcy” bring me joy .
ABSOLUTELY! My triggers were also inside my mouth as well as outside. I had N/V with meals trying to chew so fast so it didn’t hurt! I brush now without pain. Life is BETTER!
Yes, long before TN I never realized I would think a good day is when I can simply brush my teeth, my hair or take a shower! Eating days are good too, favorite, good enchiladas and a big ol' cold margarita :) Showed my dogs last weekend and got through it, had a blast, a couple strikes, but still had a ball! Did pretty good too! Are days TN wins, but gotta keep at it! Glad you are doing well! Nice to hear about good things too :)
My garden. Watching the plants grow from seed to a edible treat.
My dogs that each have their own personality.
Watching the wildlife even though it is a constant battle to protect our plants from them.
Educating people about TN, sometimes not an easy task.
Many things in life to numerous to mention, everyday seems to bring a different joy.
Tonight I went out with friends to the local pub on my island and stirred all the carbonation out of a beer and sipped it slowly as it got warm and flat…didn’t trigger me until I got home but not too badly and I was happy to be out on a Friday night for the first time in, well, too long…
I have a five week old grandson and am drenched in baby- love, that’s what’s making the difference! A brain bathed in oxytocin, gotta love it- for as long as it lasts…
