Winter time irritates my TN. I wonder if a hot tub would benefit me. I wonder if the cold air outside the tub would hurt my face as I sat in it. Any experiences from hot tub users would be appreciated. THX
Hi Not...I occasionally sit in a sauna. My meds are generally effective but the sauna helps. This is a bizarre disorder. What troubles me one day,is different the next. I hold my hand against my cheek in the shower, I try to keep my mouth closed on cold blustery days. However, I'm going in search of a hot tub and see what happens. Of course, the least painful action is to stay in bed and not talk to anyone..lol..The bad news is that I went to the Dentist last week. We had a long discussion about TN. But, I'm now having a bit of trouble with T-2. I hope this is temporary. Good Luck

I’ve noticed some relief in the sauna. After sitting in the sauna my pain would somewhat subside to a strange tingling sensation which doesn’t last long but any kind of relief is good.
