going to see a nuero doct. today I'm very nervous and scared. I know that I def. have TN just hoping he has an answer to help me with my pain..he is my last resort I feel like If he can't help me ...I just don't know what I will do..feels like someone is yanking my eyes out today ...no fun

Ah I can relate to the feeling scared for my first neuro appointment. Don’t worry to much. He’ll most like ask some questions, do some funny physical exams, and talk with you, and might order some tests. You will most likely try some new medications or have the dosage increased on what your taking now. If you feel he’s not helping you he is not the last doctor. You can find a new neuro, GP, or even try a pain managment doctor. Help is out there some where for you, so don’t give up yet. Some times it takes time to find the right doctor/s. I’ll be thinking good thoughts that this doctor will provide the relief you need from pain. Let as know how it went and of course ask us if you have any questions after this appointment.
