I have not been able to go outside this past week without searing pain or triggering a massive flare as the tempurature has been in the upper 20's and 30's. Also, when the wind cuts through... OMG, it is like searing knifes and starts the burning and grinding pain in my gums and jaw.
I had asked early for some solutions for this, and someone, maybe Red, suggested a parka. But that still did not do it. Scarves do not stay in place and often are not the right material.
I FOUND IT! The magic item. It is not too tight, so it does not press on your face like a buff or ski mask, and the material is super, super soft and blocks the cold and wind.
