Hello there and welcome to Living With Facial Pain! Sounds like the styloidectomy you had did not do the trick for treating your symptoms and that is why you are so fed up.
That same type of frustration - whether it was from treatment or diagnosis experiences - is also what brought many of our wonderful members over to this communtiy. Hopefully you will find some additional treatments that work well for alleviating your symptoms. In the meantime, however, I encourage you to start getting involved in discussions - so that you can share you interests and symptom experiences with the rest of the family.
