Hi everyone,
Apologies I have been so scarce the past few weeks - I have been on limited internet and time helping a friend move house, getting all my loose ends at work tied up and things ready for the new year as I won’t be here until the 18th January.
I’m flying back home tomorrow (to South Africa) for Christmas/New year and my 30th birthday (eek!)
I wish you all a wonderful, painless, peaceful and festive holiday and that 2010 brings good news, breakthroughs and better understanding of the beast that invades our body and controls our life.
