Exercise and TN - any reactions?

Hi All,

I've noticed that after a nice long bike ride even when it isn't windy out and it's lovely and warm I am hurting once I stop. The tingling starts and boom the bolts join in! My mom had an interesting observation and because we go on trails and not necessarily smooth roads all the time suggested the vibrations could be causing this.

I'm wondering if anyone else is effected by other types of exercise and or biking. I'm not giving up my bike ( bicycle not motorbike ) it's my favourite form of exercise next to walking the dogs. They don't really count as exercise, all that sniffing and marking takes forever to get anywhere ;)

Any exercise that raises blood pressure can be associated with breakthrough pain, Foxboro. Vibration might also, but I think BP increase is more reliable. Suggest you consider taking a class in Tai Chi. As a limbering exercise, it's quite effective without being quite so hard on the vascular system. Meditation while in motion is an element of many practices of Tai Chi, and a positive factor for some.
