Because this whole situations new to me am wondering if anyone has an exercises or activity's you can do at home? i'm in absolute agony and cant help thinking there must be something i can do to improve it..
My pain would get worse when I did any exercise that increased my heart rate too much. I found that the only things I could get away with was 30 minutes of stretching and balance exercises and a couple of yoga moves. Sometimes I was able to get away with some light strength training. Nothing too fancy though. (Since my MVD I am now able to exercise without any pain. I'm back to aerobics and cycling.)
I put in about 30 minutes every other day doing high intensity interval training on treadmill or elliptical. It seems very counter intuitive, but I have absolutely no pain when I exercise.
I've avoided aerobics since the TN appeared.. Cycling on the home exercise bike seems to work well though.
