I am after any info anyone has on food elimination to help reduce TN pain (triggers)!?
I have givin up my love for coffee, sugars, carbs, wheat, less dairy! Any tips or experience that has worked for you would be fab!

No I’m afraid not, not as yet… that is a big change i have made so far, I have been getting for frequent attacks, I had 2 yesterday, my head feels like it’s getting squeezed constantly! Have you tried anything? I know stress agrivates it alot!
Thank you for your help, I’ve only had this for 6months and I’m 28yrs old, it rules my social life abit! I’m taking Neurontin 300mg 3times per day, some days I need more and take 600mg plus pain killers on top of it, always got a constant pain in my head, I’ve also had nerve block injections done a few times!
Ill take a look at that book, sounds like a good interesting helpful read!
I’m also taking herbal anti-stress tablets aswell to pick my mood up, they were working but now I’m feeling myself slip again! Its just hard to get used to specially when people you think are there for you are not, they can’t be bothered with it anymore!
