I am sorry if this is not the way to ask a question that I don't see.
I have gone up to Tegretol 300 mg 3 times a day just recently. The pain has stopped except for occasional bread through. My question is - I'm having dizzy spells a couple of times per week and usually not after taking my Tegretol, but before. Is this just another thing I'm going to have to live with or something unusual.

Please call your pharmacist -- they are THE most under-used profession in the medical field in my opinion --- maybe has to do with other supplements in your system, time of day, time of dose --- then ask doctor soon!
I was actually very dizzy even before I started with meds. I believe my dizziness comes from my surges of pain in my forehead. They are sometimes so bad that I cannot even walk.
But, meds that help the pain, help the dizziness. But, I'm always in a fog, either due to pain or meds. :(
