Has anyone had good results with acupuncture?

Actually I have, at least for the first round. I had no pain for about four months. It started up again so I am back having another series. I don't have the info with me, but what she does is treat for allergies. I know sounds very weird, and the process is kinda weird. But it worked, or maybe I just went into remission, with this crazy fricken disease who knows. I will tell you that it relaxes and calms me as well as a massage.
I have had good luck with the type 2 for the aching jaw pain, not as much for the lightning strikes. Some of it might be because of the erratic schedule or actually the lack of a schedule. My brother in law is the acupuncturists and lives 120 miles away so it is hard to have regular treatments. If you decide to go to one, make sure they know about TN and how to treat it and do your research. Good luck.
I tried acupuncture twice and it provided little to no effect for me. Sorry. Helped for other areas of the body though! Just one opinion
