Since September I’ve had terrible attacks of tn but since last week I’ve hadn’t had an attack. Better yet I fell great! Well with the exception of the side effects of my carbamazepine. My question is when is it safe to ditch the scarf? I’m worried that my attacks will came back if I do. But is it ever safe to lose the scarf? I mean, Ever? If not, how would you know whether or not you went into remission? Just really want to be in remission. My wishful thinking.
I live in the UK and wear a thick scarf all winter and a light one most of the summer (especially if it is windy). Some people look at me as if I am a bit odd! Glad you are controlling your pain at the moment. Wishing you a painfree Christmas and New Year. Clare
Thank you Clare. The same to you. I know it’s premature to even be asking. I just don’t know if I should wear a scarf all the time (as in forever). Lord knows that I NEVER want to feel that pain ever again. I think I’m just foolishly feeling confident. A very merry Christmas to you Clare. 8) From the U.S.A.
