Hi all out of interest in the uk how many have applied successfully for PIP assessments? I have begun mine but been told in other groups if you are working our condition rarely is awarded support. Most that have successfuL applications have additional illness. Is there anyone who can help? Im not even sure it’s worth gathering the evidence.

Hi Helen I’m unable to work due to trigeminal neuralgia and was awarded enhanced PIP in 2019 with the award of ongoing which has a soft touch review after 10 years I’m now retired so just make sure you write down exactly how this illness affects you ie unable to cook whilst in episode unable to communicate in episode etc and by the way I had this award after mandatory appeal because I had a clueless assessor
