I have TN in my forehead that is spreading to my cheek. I can't really pin point any triggers (which is incredibly frustrating) so I don't know what to avoid. However, sometimes the ceiling fan, the AC in the car, or wind if I leave the windows down will cause pain. What I'm wondering is, is it normal that these are not always triggers? Meaning sometimes they don't bother me but other times they make me want to scream. Is this normal?

Print off a McGill Pain Scale --- keep it out on a desk for a few days and try to fill it out best you can as triggers happen.
Hi I didn’t have issue with the wind a few years ago but the last few years yes the wind, etc bothers me I think maybe when the winds warmer it does not affect me as much but air conditioning in the care and in shops always gets me too. I just want to die sometimes x hope your having a better time off it I really think if I woke up without pain for a day I’d be dead. X
