My doctor had me go cold turkey off of it, and said that I should stay off of it for 7 days to be fully detoxed.
If your heart is racing, or you have a headache or "the runs" -- you may need to go to the ER. :( Not trying to scare you but my Dr said there can sometimes be "organ involvement"
