Has anybody had this procedure? I’m thinking serious about going with it… I’m having a lot of trouble with sodium keeping the level up… I have 3 options this one or radiation treatments I can’t have the MVD. I had the lowest Radiofrequency calld Pulse Radio frequency the Celsius is not that high, it didn't help me, but as any treatment it's a gamble and you can only hope the dice is in your favor
the other rhiztomy is done with higher Celsius to cauterize/burn the little nerves that cause us pain with that comes numbing that after 6 monthes somthing like that supposed to disappear, but you know the word suppose, it is a risk to take in consideration, to stay numb
other forms of Stereotactic Surgery is gamma knife, cyber knife
you need to research and talk to your doctor, some of this treatments like gamma knife got some reputation of being risky....roll the dice with this, it's all one can do, but i know from where i stand i have to find something it's not a why to keep rolling
If you ask me and each of course has his side effects, if you can start from pulse RF it's just the lowest risks...
