I find keeping detailed diaries help me eliminate triggers I can control and increase activities that help. I may skip one medication for a week, double up on one etc. I keep detailed notes. One week I only ate cold food, one week hot, one week room temperature. I have lots of time. No matter what we try, when eating, swallowing, drinking, breathing and basic hygiene cause me unbelievable pain, sometimes you have to say eff it and keep your Starbucks, especially if it helps you poop!
