Caffeine

Does anyone have flare ups when they drink coffee? I drink one cup in the morning with milk, but if I drink more than that I notice the burning and pain. Is there any other food I should avoid. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I am typically a tea drinker, but occasionally like a cup of coffee with milk and sugar or a mocha. With TN, tea is fine, but anything coffee-like causes pain. Maybe it's a different kind of caffeine? Maybe it's the amount of sugar I need to enjoy it? I don't know. I am able to eat sweets (in moderation). So I tend to believe it has something to do with the coffee bean.

I am just grateful I haven't had to give up my tea!

My best bet is to stay at one cup. I can live without all the caffeine. Thank you so much, Juliet.
