Hi. I have been suffering from TN for the last 5 years and very soon I am going to get married. Due to TN i was afraid to get into a sexual relation with my girl friend who is going to be my wife. I was afraid as sex may trigger my pain. Here i find many married people so i need some advice from them in this matter…how to get over it??

The fear of pain can be pretty disabling. Have you talked with your girlfriend about this? Is she aware of your fear and anxiety about this?

Yes she knows everything and is very supportive…but i have this feeling of guilt that i may not give her d happiness she wants after marriage…
It is just one of those until you try it, you won't truly know situations. Yes, I have had TN zaps that totally killed the romantic mood, but I have also found that the hormones released really helped with the pain. I agree a good heart to heart with your girlfriend is important. Also, congrats on your engagement.
