Tried Restasis even with PHTN - only one time, it burned my eyes horribly and my already dry eyes are so much worse that now I have developed blepharitis in my right eye.. Horrendous!!! Do any of you with severe dry eyes have blepharitis too? What are your recommendations, especially if you have PHTN (post-herpetic trigeminal neuralgia)?
I have blepharitis, and bilateral ATN. I use a warm compress ( very gently) on my eyes, and the an eyelid wash I got from the opthamalogist. I did have a prescription for are stasis, but never used it much. I just use artificial tears as needed.
