Has anyone had this procedure?
If so, was it successful? What should I expect? Etc?
Any info would be appreciated. Thank you

I had a radiofrequency rhizolysis done twice with very good results. Does rhizotomy mean they will be cutting the nerve. With mine they inserted a probe and burned 3 lesions on the nerve to stop the pain signals. It does produce some numbness at first but then it gradually wears off. I will do it again if necessary.
I had it done about 7 weeks ago and it was not successful. My pain got worse and worse until I was totally out of commission and back to my "TN Diet" (liquid) which led to more medication and more fogginess. I have heard that it usually works, but I won't let them try again. I just can't.
