Have you been to a neurologist yet?

yes i have meds have not worked, and mvd surgery did not work.

I would find another pain clinic. But that’s my personal opinion. I go to one here in Hawaii and my doc says that opiates, such as Percocet can help with Neuropathic pain. And it also gives you more quality of life, it’s unfortunate that we have to use pain meds, but it is one of the meds that truly help to able to function as a “normal” person.

I would bring an advocate in on your be half and see what the doctor reaction is. Ask him what his plan is to help you manage your pain better. I had to run through a long list of medications before the pain managment doctor would consider opioids. Since I can not tolerate the drugs for tn and I am not a suited for surgery or injection or nerve blocks, my pm doc will prescribe these medications. It is also on my charts that opioids are a benefit for me. If you feel this doctor is not listening to you after you have brought in an advocate then look for another doctor.
