Newbie Interested in relationship between SLE, CNS Lupus, TN and Vasculitis

I'm trying to do what I can to protect myself from CNS lupus...it's not a good thing...my grandmother had undiagnosed lupus and had dozens of TIA's and so far I've been on the same "path" medically speaking....Bells Palsy (twice), shingles, anemia, blood clotting problems, connective tissue problems, peripheral neuropathy, etc etc etc....I'm thinking that now with the TN added to my fine reportoire of diseases...that I might need a more aggressive approach to treating my lupus and a neurologist and rheumatologist that deal with CNS lupus and vasculitis problems...?????? Anyone knowledgable? Thanks, Julie
