New Meds Being Recalled

I'm going to seriously consider asking my doctor for older, tried and true pills like a small dose of Morphine at night (Soldiers used it since its production) to help with pain. These Second Generation Meds haven't been on the market long enough to know the adverse side-effects they may give people. Or like this case, were never tested on people at all!
I know I feel decieved. I WILL be adding myself to the lawsuit.

The First Generation meds have been around long enough for information gathering and to work out any kinks.
Think about this y'all. If Gabapentin or Lyrica ISN'T working for you, now you know why.
Again, it's no wonder we are all still in pain!!! The meds for pain, aren't meant for pain!!! What kind of messed up world do we live in!?

The link was to a lawsuit filled by certain states, it was not a personal class action suit. It also settled two years ago. None of the class action suits yet have the needed court ok to proceed. You are right to ask you doctor for the older meds, but the older meds also a lot more side effects like nausea, and potential for liver problems.
