Has anyone had their MVD surgery done by Dr. Robert Parrish in Houston? If so, can you tell me about his level of experience, i.e. number of MVD's performed, success rate, any fatalities, etc.? I was considering Dr. Casey in Detroit, but the Navy's insurance program for retirees (Tricare) has a 50% deductible for surgeons not in their network or not located in the same region that the retiree lives in.
