Does anyone know of an neurologist that specializes in TN in Northern New Jersey. I am concerned that my neurologist is not that faniliar with TN and he has been treating me for 17 months.
Hi David,
I’m new to this site. I just spent the last several months going from one oral surgeon/ dentist to another. I was finally told I should see a neurologist. I actually live in northern NJ also and was wondering if you were able to find someone? Thanks for your help. Ingrid
Hi-
I have the name of a neurosurgeon who has been helpful to me along my journey. He is not my surgeon, but a good person. Dr. Ed Zampella is out of Morristown/Overlook hospitals. Also, there is Dr. Andrew Kauffman out of University Hospital in Newark for pain management (that is all he does).
Hope this helps!

Yes this was really helpful! I have found a neurologist but he does not specialize in facial pain so I don’t think he’s too familiar with this subject. I will definately look into these people. Thank you!
Neither of the Drs specialize in TN but they do know what they are talking about. I also the name of a Dr. in NYC who is fairly familiar with TN…Hope you are having an ok day!
