Anyone ever experienced intense itching, but without a rash from Gabapentin? I’m not sure that the meds are the reason for my itching, but wondering if this is possible.

It has been a while since I have been on gabapentin, so I don’t remember all the side effects. How long have you been itching? How long have you been on it? Did you try lots of mosturizers and such? Rule everything else out? Some of the meds used to treat TN can have rashes as a very serious side effect. I let the rash on my hands go for a very long time because it helped the pain, but my doctor said he couldnt continue to perscribe it if my hands were that bad. Anyway, if it continues for more than a week and you have ruled out everything else I would call your dr.
