Has anyone ever switched to nucynta?

I have been taking Oxycontin ER 10 mg twice a day for almost a year with erratic control...now I have been switched to start taking Nucynta. Has anyone ever been switched? What were the results?

Although I've never taken Oxycontin, I have taken Nucynta off and on for my pain. It seems like a pretty "clean" drug with few side effects. It covers my pain somewhat although it's pretty short acting. Best used before trying to sleep with other meds for me.

Thanks for the info. I have been ordered the Extended Release form, so you only take it every 12 hours. Guess I will have to wait and see what happens.
