Happy 1st trigeminal neuralgia awareness day!

To all of you incredibly brave people who suffer with TN:

I know this may not seem like much in the big scheme of what you deal with every day, however, I wanted to take a minute and recognize this very important day.

I look to your postings often in trying to help my 18 year old daughter make it through each day, one minute at a time. The prayers of hope for all of you are ongoing. I pray that they will find a cure for all of you! On this, the first of many days bringing this horrible disease to people's attention, I pray that your message reaches millions.

Just a side note: Thanks to the wonderful people at the Terminal Tower in Cleveland for lighting the tower TEAL in recognition of today!

I pray for pain-free days ahead!

I’m seeing my mother having her second balloon compression surg today a ray of light. It’s the second one in 3 weeks. I’m hoping that dr valerio will help my mom get out of all this pain. I wish everyone living with TGN the very best inn their day. God bless you all. Xo -Maggie

Dawn-I was just there yesterday with Meghan and we for the FIRST time had an amazing ER doc! He told us that he felt "completely inadequate" because he was not able to do anything other than knock her out to give her a reprieve. He truly believed that she should NOT be in pain-but was unsure how to get her there! Prayers that you can find some pain-free (or at least lessened) moments today!

Thanks to the hard work of the tnnme group of TN warriors who truly made a difference today!!
I kept up with all the updates on Facebook today, and was so pleased to see the results and the awareness being shared around the world!
Truly amazing!!
I’m very grateful to all of you and hope to help out in the future to help spread the word.
I’m anxiously awaiting my TN ribbons in the mail!!
Huge ((( hugs ))) and much gratitude, Mimi xx
