Gralise

Hi everyone, I am dealing with TN type 2, or type 2b as Dr, Ken Casey told me. I take Gralise (time release Neurontin)

once daily with my evening meal. I am at 1800 mg, which is what my Doctor and the manufacturer say is the maximum dose. it helps quite a bit and the side affects are minimal compared to regular neurontin. The medication wears off late in the day b4 I take the next dose. The neurosurgeon suggested taking more than 1800 mg and take in divided doses. My neurologist does not feel comfortable with raising the dose. Any other members taking Gralise and can respond with your dosage and how the med is working for you? Thanks, Bob E.

Dr. Casey gave me my life back!
I flew to him after much research on my TN1.
I have not had any pain
in almost four years.
Ive also heard much good about the other surgeon also.
But i put my trust in the hands in the best person for me.

Hope this helps!

Hello Bob,I’m going to ask my doctor here in the UK about Gralise as I have the most awful side effects with all medication.I too have type 2 neuralgia and have had for 14 years. So glad your pain is bring helped by this medication.
